Refund policy

You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale. We may accept returns for account credit only. For this purpose we must receive the merchandise within 10 business days from the date you receive the product.

Upon delivery of a product if you find that the wrong product has been delivered or the product has a manufacturing defect please immediately send us an email on care@carlizem.com within 12 hours of delivery of the product with the following details:

  1. Order Number
  2. Name of the product received
  3. Date of delivery of the product
  4. Nature of damage and/or defect
  5. Color photographs of the product that clearly indicate and illustrate the damage/defect

Subject to receipt of the above information within the specified period, Carlizem may replace the product to your satisfaction.

Any cosmetic product, Laundry Care Product once used or applied will not be covered under the replacement policy.

If Carlizem is unable to replace a product due to non-availability of the product you will get store credit immediately.

Our easy return policy will not be applicable to products which reveal damage to the outer packing or the product itself, products which appear to be partially used, product with minor scratches / chips/ blemishes etc. and products purchased during sales / promotions / offers.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Goods will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging. We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or a store credit if they meet our terms and conditions. Store credit is valid for one year. All conditions applicable to return of goods shall also apply to exchange of goods. To return an item, the customer must write to us at care@carlizem.com, a prompt response is assured to such mails. Alternatively, the customer may even call at our customer care number 0124-4060042 which remains open 10am-5pm IST on 5 DAYS (Monday to Friday). If you are not satisfied with the product received by you for any reason you may have the option to exchange and at our sole discretion to receive a refund. We are not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit. But if you receive a damaged product do let us know. We might take corrective measures to deal with your issue if the issue is reported in 24 hours of delivery.

Our terms and conditions pertaining to returns and exchange is as follows
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately. Our return and exchange policy is however subject to the following

  1. Items should be returned unused and with all tags/labels still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event any Goods/Products are delivered without tags/labels.
  2. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
  3. Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
  4. All custom made orders are non-returnable.
  5. If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will be credited for the amount paid by you.
  6. To initiate a return, please call our Customer Care team and give them the exact product details and explain the reason for return. You’ll then have to ship the item to our warehouse with a copy of the invoice. After we receive the item and perform a quality check, we will add the credits to your account or if necessary, get in touch with you with other possible options.

Once shipped, do send an email to care@carlizem.com with your order details and the tracking ID of the returned shipment.

Once we have received the product and inspected its condition to our satisfaction we will inform you by email about the extent of store credit that can be availed on our Website. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be to your account as well as any loss or damage of items in return transit. Carlizem shall not be liable for any claims relating to the same. We strongly urge you to accurately declare the value and purchase appropriate insurance from the shipper prior to shipping the product.

All decisions on the return / replacement policy for products sold by Carlizem are at the sole discretion of VictorPro and the decision of Carlizem shall be final and binding. VictorPro reserves the right to withdraw from any return/replacement guarantee at any time without giving any notice of whatsoever nature.
